My work supports individuals through a range of challenges - from anxiety, overwhelm and low confidence to emotional regulation, trauma recovery, habit change and physical tension.
Every session is tailored to what you need most - your pace, your needs, your goals. In a space free from judgement and filled with empathy, you can begin creating lasting change in both mind and body.
Depending on what feels right, your sessions may include:

Talking Therapy – a reflective space to explore thoughts and emotions, gain insight and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Helping you find clarity and emotional balance.

Hypnotherapy – a focused, relaxed state that helps the subconscious mind become more receptive to positive, lasting change. It can ease stress, reframe limiting beliefs and build new, empowering patterns of thinking and behaviour.

Hello and welcome, I’m Zoe, founder of Holistic Balance Therapy. My work is all about understanding the whole person - not just the symptoms they’re living with.
Healing takes depth; it means working with both the mind and the body to create balance that truly lasts.
I help people reconnect with themselves on a deeper level - retraining the nervous system, reframing limiting beliefs and building confidence from within.
My integrative approach blends hypnotherapy, talking therapy and restorative somatic work to support change that feels safe, natural and sustainable.
As someone who’s overcome my own challenges, I know how powerful genuine support can be - the kind that feels safe, grounded and human. That’s why I do this work: to help others find the same strength and clarity I discovered through my own healing journey.

At Holistic Balance Therapy, sessions are designed to fit around you - your goals, your schedule and the level of depth you want to explore.
In-person sessions take place in Brightlingsea, providing a calm and comfortable space to focus on your wellbeing.
Online sessions are also available for those who prefer the convenience and comfort of home.
Local home visits are offered exclusively for existing clients who may find it difficult to travel - ensuring your continued care feels consistent, safe and supported.
You can choose between:
• 1 hour sessions - for focused work and regular progress
• 90 minutes - for deeper exploration and integration
• 2 hour sessions - for extended therapeutic work
• Half-day intensives - for immersive, transformative sessions ideal for those travelling from further away
